Their relationship has run the gamut from business customers to professional partners to friends, and through it all Jack Tanner and Dustin Edwards have been driven to success by a "Treat people the way you want to be treated" philosophy and the value of straightforward representation. Today, Jack and Dustin operate Beach Cities Properties and Beach Cities Management, two divisions offering a comprehensive array of exceptional services for real estate sellers, buyers, and investors under one roof.

When the duo met over a decade ago they were each cultivating accomplished careers in the motor-sports industry. As the general manager of a dealership, Dustin worked with Jack, then the vice-president of a distribution company, in a business relationship that was managed through phone conversations. When Jack left his position in 2003 to launch a career in Real Estate, his working relationship with Dustin evolved.

Dustin is an investor who had accumulated a nice cache of individual properties. Together, they created a plan to help consolidate into multi-family units. Over time, Jack observed Dustin's unique and highly effective management style, and urged him to consider a transition into full-time property management. After four years Dustin conceded, earning his Real Estate license and building a business focused primarily on property management. Jack Tanner continued to work with sellers and buyers in residential real estate sales and grew from a popular individual agent to a top team and eventually one of the top groups in the Long Beach and Lakewwod areas as the Beach Cities Team.

It wasn't long before the pair found that their clientele's needs were leading to overlapping transactions. After years of collaborative professional efforts, Jack and Dustin decided that the time was right to join forces, creating a comprehensive business that would effectively meet the needs of sellers, buyers and investors. With Beach Cities Properties and Beach Cities Management, a team of professionals was formed comprised of individual listing, leasing, buyer and investment consultants, because a team of specialists is better then a Jack of all trades.

Jack Tanner and Dustin Edwards each have growing families who all enjoy fun and going through life searching for as many smiles as possible at home and are blessed to enjoy working in what they are both very passionate about: Helping others achieve their life and financial goals!

Jack Tanner and his team at Beach Cities were amazing! I could not recommend them more! 10+++!!! We contacted them on a Friday and made an appointment for the next day @3:00pm. Early that morning Jack came by and dropped off a packet for us to fill out in preparation for our meeting. He arrived on time and assessed the property. He came very prepared with information that he had already gathered about our property as well as other property in our area for comparison. He was incredibly knowledgeable. He took all of the time he needed for us to understand the process and what the steps would be to sell the house. Once we determined that he and his team were for us, things began to move very quickly. Within a week, we had a brokers’ tour and an open house set up. He and his team were very available to us whenever we needed anything. They could not have made this process easier. Jack came out with a photographer a few days after our initial meeting to have pictures taken for a virtual tour of our house. He promptly listed the property in every possible venue. Within two weeks of listing the house we sold it for the asking price which was NOT at all below market value. We made plans to leave the state on a Thursday, an offer came in on Tuesday. We countered on Wednesday and our counter offer was accepted on Thursday (the day we were leaving). Jack and his team went right to work and were able to do three days of preparation in about three hours so that we could get the house into escrow before we left town. After we left, Jack and his team took care of all of the details concerning inspections and repairs needed to close. They kept us informed every step of the way.
